Default Recommendations on brake pads AND I AM NOT YELLING

I need new brake pads... What do you guys recommend?
Low brake dust a big plus, plus I'd like better performance with decent brake pad life.
Am I asking so much?)

Thanks!

Default I'd recommend Hawk HPS pads if you plan to use them

only on the street. It's a great pad...I use it on both my cars (for street only). If you don't track your car or you're not an Advanced student, Hawk HP Plus is great for both street and pretty agressive track use. For real agressive track ONLY use, Hawk Blues is the ticket. NEVER use Blues on the street. Their operating temp is much higher than they will ever reach on the street and will turn your rotors into potato chips trying to stop you!!! HP Pluses will squeal on the street. Neither them or HPS's dust any more than OEM compounds but are rotor friendly and both generate higher torque than OEM pads.

Proper curing is KEY with all HAWK and any other high performance pad.

HTH!

I like my HPS. I don't have stock rotors though.
