Is it better to drive in a higher gear with the vacuum being right below 0 on the boost gauge, or is it better to be in a lower gear with more RPM and the vacuum being like 10 in. Hg?

hard let it cool down... you "CAN" boost after the coolant is warm, but its best to wait until the oil is warm which is usually about 10-15 minutes of driving depending on temperature. you also shouldnt rev much higher than 3k until the car is up... just dont make a habit of boosting as soon as you start your car and gassing it home and then turing it off.

I'm on my 3rd set of K03s. I've beat on it; I've been nice to it...but it just doesn't seem to matter.
I think warm up and cool down are more important than what boost you're running. The frequency of oil change and proper viscosity is probably important too. I used to go way too long before oil changes (5k with conventional oil)...may be some relationship there.
And don't start with the; "Why are you on your 3rd set of K03s instead of K04."...the answer is; because they were free.
