I do, and have installed 3 others on B5 S4s....

I love being able to start the car and let the engine warm up for a few minutes before driving it.

If you buy a good quality remote starter, you may get a turbo timer feature, as mine has. This is nice too.

not true, you can hook the remote start to the neutral ground wire on the trans

and that will overide the clutch pedal position sensor? Either way, most places won't do it for you

I have the old Alladin 2000. 6 speed, and have used photocells as a backup neutral safety switch.
