I'm swapping out the remote starter from my better half's civic this weekend (she's getting a new G6 GT- damn thing comes with a Remote Starter STOCK!)... and I'm going to throw it into my S4 so it doesn't go to waste []


However... I have a manual...


I know it can be done... but it has to be done with a switch or bypass that keeps it from starting if in gear, or without the p brake up...

but I've also heard that it's tough getting by the "depress the clutch to start" issue on Audi's...


Anyone have any experience with this!?

just leave the car running 24/7, and leave it unlocked too, and also make sure you're in NJ

Your crazy to try the remote start on a 6MT unless your using a CompuStar alarm.

I live in Michigan... in nice suburbs of Detroit... car theft VERY rare even downtown detroit!

Besides... my starter has a kill switch if no key is present and locks the doors when it starts the car...

Also- Full coverage is a "good" thing in these situations...
