Forunately the girl that hit me, mostly scraped along the left rear bumper corner. At the time the entire corner of the bumper got pushed in. It has since popped back out. There are cracks in the tail light lens and a very minor scrape (1/4" dia) at the tip of the rear quarter panel. It also looks like the lower valence no longer aligns perfectly with the bumper. She was in a rented Taurus and had bought the optional insurance coverage, so hopefully Hertz will process everything quickly.
Anyone have recommendations on body shops around Washington DC? Years ago I had used Wagonwork and First Choice in Alexandria, VA. Both were excellent. But I have no recent experience. Are any of the dealers good?
