Replaced cv joint last month.... Still getting a "Hum" ***ONLY** when off throttle. Neutral is quiet

Replaced cv joint last month.... Still getting a "Hum" ***ONLY** when off throttle. Neutral is quiet
Looking into a wheel bearing, but not sure what the problem is. Not too loud, but you can definately hear the car "rolling" along the road on the passenger front tire.
TIP car btw...
Drive- On throttle, even the slightest bit, no rolling/ humming sound
- Off throttle, NOISE NOISE NOISE.
Neutral- No noise
