Replaced my winter floormats with the summer ones and noticed that the carpet underneath was damp

and smelled of mildew. Anybody know of a good way too clean this other than getting a detailer to shampoo it?

leave doors (or windows) open and let the carpet air dry. Then spray carpet with fabreze (fresh scent is my favorite) to get rid of damp carpet odor. Hope this helps
