Default Would my Canon 20D mount up to that?

Can't tell if it would allow for a DSLR body.

Default it's just a standard connector, so it all depends what angle you want to position it to....

With that said, here's a ChaseCam forum post about a guy hanging his 20D off the side of his GTR:

I'll take some close up shots tonight of mine, but for now....

Default Cool ... thanks. Couldn't tell if an SLR body would clear the rod.

Figured the mount was standard, but some of these don't have the clearance for anything bigger than a pocket-size digicam or dv/mini-dv videocam.

I'd love to get some exterior shots in action like Matt Daniels has on his site (and similar to what that GT-R owner posted). Though I'm a tad nervous about hanging a couple grand worth of camera equipment off the side of the car while driving around. ;-)

Will have to check out the vids from home.
