What's up with that? Why is the resale dropping so fast for the S4??

Default 1. Lots of 2000's coming off of lease. 2. All used car prices are lower, the market sucks....

right now with all of the new car deals. It will get better when the supply of used S4's for sale goes down and the car companies stop offering such deals on new cars.

depreciation is not linear. It spikes around each new model year intro, and then levels off

Not to mention the market is soft on ALL CARS right now, not just S4's.

Default Not really true! Preteen tire kickers are offering such...

Ridiculous amounts! Of course no offense to the preteens out there as I was there once. The interest in a clean low mileage example of the S4 is still very high. I have a sale pending and had lots of interest at the mid $34,000 range. I made the new buyer a great deal. But did I get offers for $25,000, sure, and did I laugh my *** off, you bet! Find me a clean, low mileage S4 at mid $20,000 and I'll buy it myself!

Default Has nothing to do with being an investment. More like fast rate of depreciation.

Audi's depreciate more quickly and further than many other brands.

Car's aren't an investment but ours sure lose their value more quickly than say a bimmer.

Default Where are you finding 'em for mid 20's... they're a lot more here

Trying to tempt a friend into getting an S4, but here in Norcal, there's nothing that isn't high-mileage under 30...
