First off, it's a 94 S4 with a complete RS2 conversion, ie; Rs2 competition turbo, cams, Porsche 968/Rs2 MAF, RS2 exhaust manifold. Intake/head/exh manifold have been extrude-honed as a single unit from throttle body to the turbo/wastegate flange on the exhaust manifold. Stock sodium-filled valves with underhead contouring and Titanium keepers/retainers with Bilstein lifters. Re-worked wastegate and heavier spring. Final Stage MTM/Lehman RS2 software for the AAN engine. Urethane snub-mount for driveline stabilization. 3" Stromung turbo-back SS exhaust with chopped/lowered tranny cross-member. 12lb aluminum racing flywheel. 92 coil springs with 92 rear crossmember and swaybar. Front is a 28mm (not a typo) sway bar. Cooling is handled by a 14" Spal electric fan to eliminate "drag" caused by stock hydraulic unit. RC Engineering 310cc/min blueprinted/balanced Lucas stainless steel injectors with adjustable, rising rate fuel pressure regulator set at 4.2 bar. Bailey valve, stainless vacuum nipple a 14psi SS spring. Complete Samco Sport IC lines and all other air (non-liquid) lines under hood.
Suspension other than springs is Bilstein sports with Mov-It's 996 twin turbo GT3 calipers/cross-drilled/ventilated rotors up front with stock rear calipers squeezing Zimmerman cross-drilled/ventilated rotors and Pagid Orange pads and Fischer SS lines at all 4 corners. Wheels could be Kinesis K-20's, Ronal 28's or forged Avus depending on my mood or time of year. I go through tires like crew socks and Ecsta's are on today (that tire is getting a bad and totally unfounded rep).
Thats about all I can think of on the spot. It's never been dyno'd but will be by next months-end. I'm guessing 360 up to maybe 390HP tho I've gotten 400+ G-tech and AP22 readings on cool mornings.
It's a right respectable fun car that is capable of bagging FAR more respectable quarry... especially at 5,000 ft+ elevation.
