Default Not sure about lowered S4, but my front bumper comes close with stock suspension...
maybe it is my driveway though.

Default Probably not...
Without some additional step up. My car is lowered about 1" and the front bumper will just barely scrape the ramps on the way up. I use a piece of wood (2x8 or 3/4" plywood) to provide a slight step up to the ramp. I can back onto the ramps with no problems.

I still think the Rhino Ramps are well worth it.

I have em on my lowered car. Rear is no proble, Front valance doesnt clear them.

H&R coils here, lowered 3/4" in front, and it clears.
