Default ring for her-mods for me. money to spend

yes i am taking the plunge. ok i am planning on spending no more than 15k on me, shes getting her end of the bargain. all you experts please chime in and tell me which way to go, since i am still new to this stuff. the basics: '01 s4 +giac-x and neuspeed cat backs. now i think i am hearing some whining on the pass. side turbo so it may be time to upgrade to K04s. Of course i want this thing to be bulletproof. what do i need to do? go for a apr stage III kit? i'd like to keep the chip and exhaust since i paid for 'em. can i keep the chip and have it reprogrammed for the K04s? i am sure this has been covered but you know how it is wading thru thousands of posts.

i am thinking of the AWE K04 kit, bipipe, bypass valves, downpipes, snub mount, short shifter and a turbo timer. is this overkill/waste? what else or what would be better? suspension?? c'mon lay it on me o wise ones

Search PEB Stage 3. This is the cost effective kit you want.

Suspension is the best "WoW" mod I have done, make sure you do that.
