There isn't much more to disconnect.... wiring harness, heater core hoses, PS hoses, etc....
This would be a great time to replace the turbos if needed.
I pulled my motor on my own if you'd like a hand. It was a lot of fun and and you will learn a lot about this drivetrain/motor.

On jack stands.
You MUST get some triple square bits to remove the axles.
I followed someones write up on here on how to remove the transexual mounts. From there I winged most of it except for finding out a few torquing numbers.
I never did anything like this before in my life. The biggest job I did before that is um... tie rod ends and rebuilt a caliper.
You'll want to get 5 or 6 socket extensions(seriously) and 2 or 3 socket elbows(yeah, seriously) to remove the top bolts holding the transexual to the engine. It will save you some time. You'll also probably break an elbow or two![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Of the entire job, the top 4 or 5 bolts took longer that anything else.
If I did the job again I could do it in about 5 hours.
Patience.
