Default Rs4 Clutch

Well since I have to replace my turbos I'm also thinking about a new clutch. I want an RS4 clutch but also noticed ECS Tuning had a Kevlar lined clutch. Anyone care to comment I was thinking about it when it was on sale but know it's $1000.00 bucks. Does anyone have the kit or clutch and flywheel kit. Is the flywheel really worth the investment?

ECS Kevlar Clutch Link

Default people on here seem to have had good luck with RS4 and better so with Spec stage 2

this is only from browsing this forum on regular basis. never heard of the ECS clutch.

Default We just installed a Spec 2 in a clients S3 car, the month prior an RS4. My prefference goes to the

SPEC2. Really drove nice, and even had the Oem self-adjusting feature in the pressure plate. Not sure if the ECS has that. The last ECS clutch that I saw did not.

I was VERY impressed with Spec Stg2. That's my only aftermarket clutch experience though.

Default Looks like a different brand equivilant to a Spec 3. Am sure it is nice. The Spec 2 drives like a

really good stock clutch. A Spec 3 drives more like a race clutch.

what was better about the Spec 2? Should I expect the same life expectancy as an OEM?
Thanks!

More progressive feel, stiffer pedal in a good way, very positive engagement... Melikes.

Default curious about longevity given stage3 level torque numbers

the spec 2 is only rated @ 420lbft.
