Default RS4 Clutch Guru's: Insight requested..

RS4 Clutch and VAST LWFW have been in the car for 200 or so miles. I need to know if this is normal activity or if my SAC is out of adjustment.

1st sign of confusion:

When I go to start the car, I put my foot down on the clutch and turn the key, nothing... Push it down an extra inch with more force and it finally cranks.

Second sign is:

With the foot barely on the clutch pedal, I feel slight vibration from the pedal. Everyone I have spoken to feels that the SAC is definitely out of alignment. Tranny needs to be dropped now for that. Wooop, another 2-3 days without the car.

/last issue I hope.

Default Yes, your SAC is out of adjustment. Picture is worth 1,000 words, so here's 4,000 words.

Default My write up. I figured this out the hard way, back at the audi dealer....

I had to do a clutch job like 3 times before I figured it out.

I'm emailing AW staff today to get this submitted to the DIY/FAQ section.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2071775.phtml">SAC adjustment</a></li></ul>

Default 1st part is the clutch pedal switch/starter interrupt not being properly adjusted to the clutch arm

Second problem is the SAC.
