RS4 GRILLE. What would you paint the outter trim line? Color-match, Black, or leave it chrome?

Not a ton made, but the actual CF that was used was top notch
As you probably know, Vortrag was in Warren, MI
10 miles North of Detroit.....
Warren / Sterling Heights (next city over) is the car manufacturing mecca of the world. There are always "prototype cars" on the road. There's a ton of great industrial suppliers around here. I totally remember Todd of Vortrag talking about the CF being some of the best you could buy...
The guy who designed the hood was Rich Dode (doe-dee) Comes directly out of automotive body design.
IIRC, Vortrag had a group buy on these hoods and never did get them all delivered.
That's about all I can recall.....

thanks, I knew of his shop and actually talked with him a few times back in the day
they had some cool stuff and I always wanted their hood. I got lucky and found this one used last winter for $400. Thanks for the info.
