RS4 MAF to S4 connector issue

He's right. Contact buehn and get a MAF housing for your HITACHI MAF.
Don't take this the wrong way, but it really doesn't sound like you know what you're doing if you're trying to hook up a bosch MAF sensor using tuning for a Hitachi. You can't just swap those and homebrew it up.

I don't know what I am doing. I have never done it before. I have an engineering degree and I have done all the work on my car myself. So, I am capable. But I don't have friends with Audis that I can learn from. I bought the setup from someone on the forum with an '01 S4. So, I just assumed it would work... Live and learn... Thanks for the advice. I am going to give VAST a call and get a very detailed list of things I will need to buy/swap and go from there.
Thanks for the help! In the meantime, I have a TT head and stage 2 setup to install. ...don't worry, I definitely have the appropriate parts for that :P
