Default RS4 Manifolds

My friend has a set of RS4 manifolds that he's willing to sell me cheap. My question is, would they be worth buying, or should I just invest in something like AWE manifolds, if I plan on upgrading my entire stock 2001.5 S4?

Thanks.

Default I don't know what the differences between RS4 and S4 are...

but if you want upgraded manifolds why not Autospeed?

I seem to recall reading that the RS4 and S4 exhaust manifolds are the same. Go AWE or ASP.

Default Euro S4 and RS4 are the same P/N, the US is different however...

and I couldn't tell you why. Head/Manifold gaskets are the same and obviously the same turbos bolt the US and Euro manifolds. Possibly an emissions change, not sure.

Cheers,

Default My understanding as well....

Almost bought a pair of RS4 exhaust manifolds but realised they were the same part #. After STFA I was able to decide that it was cheaper to go AWE exhaust manifolds then RS4 with porting, polishing and ceramic coating. If you are going to spend the $$$ look into Autospeed and AWE you will not be dissapointed.
