RS4 oil cooler or RS4 IC's? If you had to choose, ...

What I didn't mention...
... is that I've been noodling on this same question. I'm seeing higher oil temps with K04s (no surprise there) around town - modestly higher - but substantially hugher when I flog it - 270 or so at the track on a relatively cool May day last week. I'm thinking oil cooler first. As with Milpitas, I'm inclined to wait for AWE intercoolers, but that could be a long long time...

We like our intercooler mister kit to help control temps in the car. I saw drops of 50 degrees
on our mountain drive this last weekend.<ul><li><a href="http://www.avalonmotorsports.com/domaincgi/AMSstore.pl?user_action=detail&catalogno=AU510 16">cool runnings here>>></a></li></ul>

Listen to Milpitas.
I'm in the market for both and I'm waiting it out. AWE is releasing a couple of new kits and duh engineering has some front mounts soon to be carried (or already?) by Achtuning.
I'm not sure what is in the works for oil coolers, but you could always throw together your own.

While that is fine in practice you could end up waiting a LONG time.
Also the DUH FMIC doesn't work with the RS4 oil cooler. Until someone comes up with an oil cooler solution I'm not interested. I don't have time to figure out how to rig something up. I want to bolt and go.
