Default whichever it is, keep up the good work...

in regards to driveability and "fun" how does the e46 compare to a b5 s4? (if you could give an unbiased opinion)

Default The guy with the Nogaro in the Czech Rep. (that Verrukt did a writeup of) spent $200k + on the

conversion, IIRC. He went all out.

Obviously he'll never get that back.

Default I enjoy both cars just the same. All depend on what you want out of the cars.

When I am driving the S, I worry about breaking stuff. The power and handling of the S is much better than the M3. They are certain area for you NY guy on the Southern state with hair pin turns (U-turn)as on ramp that I power my way onto the Pkwy. The car is fun to drive but maintenance sucks. The M3 is such a fun car to drive and I don't worry about breaking anything. If I were to try something like that in the M3 I would probally be in the grass or some trees. I don't compare the 2. I just enjoy them for what they are. (A waste of money)

Cars are not an appreciating asset. Don't expect to get out any of the money you put into it.
