I'm doing a little research and its sounding like the RS6 is the same mirror housing as the RS4. In which case you could order RS6 housings from a dealer for the S4. Can anyone confirm this? TIA.

Cause I think they are the same thing as the RS4s.

I might have read that wrong earlier, I just don't like the chrome housings. Too bling bling.

I prefer the brushed housings, a little more subtle and prolly less prone to dings.

I wasn't sure if he was just talking about just the mirror or the whole mirror 'housing'. If so, me saying they were bling bling was being nice, they are plain and simple gaudy imho.

Seriously, when I first went to look at the car I ended up buying I went with my dad and we were walking around the show room. I saw a car from across the room and said "What's that gaudy car with all of the chrome on it". Turns out it was an RS6, cool cars but too much shiny crap. Just not my style.
