Ruh-roh; I need some tech advice. Oil leak discovered at 3,300 miles today. It seems to be turbo

oil return line - right side turbo; most likely at the seal where the return line bolts to the turbo housing. Burnt oil is dripping back down the line all the way to the oil pan. Also appears to be some leaking at the front of the oil pan; most likely from the gasket at pan/block seam. Oil pan is covered with light film of oil. No leakage from filter or drain plug. Also, the subframe behind and below the right turbo is covered with oil and it is dripping down onto the removable plastic belly tray (or whatever its called).
It is not leaking enough volume to require oil additions (I have not burned/used any significant oil since 1,200 miles).
Does this sound like possible turbo danger; or is this just cosmetic, PITA trouble (my vote)? Thanks for any input!
