Default Run no MAF or put on RS4 MAF and fueling? K03s

I have blown my S4 MAf, and have all the pieces for Stage 3 ready to go including: RS4 MAF and Injectors.

Would it be better to run (2 months till K04s go in)without MAF or put in the RS4 MAF and Injecotrs? What fpr would be best to create the same A/F as with S4 components?

I'm currently running D-box with Giac-x with the S4 MAF it was running a bit rich, if that helps. I'm Stage 2+.

Default I'd run the RS4 MAF/injectors and pull fueling back....

might be able to put a 3bar fpr to get closer to the stock fuel flow, but at any rate you're going to have to do some tweaking with lemmiwinks to get afr's right to run with larger injectors/bigger MAF and K03's.

Default Can't run lemmiwinks against my ECU..

for some reason I can't run lemmiwinks, v-tune or mobile tuner against my ECU I have tried pulling fuses as the guys in the UK have suggested but does not work.

Would I be able to use an adjustable fpr to match fuel and air ??

Default it might be difficult to scale it with the larger MAF, not just the injectors..

because the ECU is going to be thinking there is a different amount of air going into the system, because you're using the RS4 MAF with software designed for the S4 MAF

Default Options for Lemmi

I thought there was also an option to modify the adaption channels through VAG-COM? But this is a login?

Because I guess I'm not going to get away from tweaking this somehow.

Default Do you have a link to what they say about pulling fuses?

I'd be interested to hear why it's necessary for them.

Default Ahha, found in some revo thread...

"The KWP2000 protocol is not as reliable as the VAG protocol. Some cars will have communications problems which often can be worked around by pulling the instrument cluster fuse (make sure VAG-COM will be able to clear you air bag DTC light before doing this!!!)"
