Running different wheels & tires on S4

I just got a flat (bent wheel, it's pothole season in Boston) on my right-front 16" MM Emotion with 225-50-16 Dunlop P5000, and it's replaced with the 17" factory wheel&tire until I get a new wheel from Tirerack. I know it's bad to mix tires and/or wheels with any AWD but do you think I can drive it with the stock tire/wheel for couple days, will it do any damage to the ABS brakes and/or the Quattro system?
Thanks
David

The issue is tires of different diameter stressing the differentials by making them compensate all the time. Your snows calculate to the same circumference as the stockers, so ther should be little problem. I'd avoid hard driving, but that's just me, not Mr. Vegas.
