Default Running a TBox mtm ecu on my Mbox car......Not getting any misfires anymore?

Just wondering why this would be. Prior to the new ecu, I would VAG and occasionally get a random misfire code, but lately for the past 4 weeks, I havent seen any. Stupid question, but does it have to do with the T vs M Box?
