Rusty rotors
Just washed my car today and I noticed the rotors have a nice coat of rust on them. Normal?
Also, when i ran my finger over one, it did not feel smooth. Felt bumpy. Could it be warped?

Rust is normal after you get hot cast iron rotors wet,
the lumpiness could be pad material deposits
if the brake pedal isn't vibrating and the steering wheel doesn't shake
when you brake moderately hard, I think your ok
