being flush in the housing leading to the MAF. This in return does not allow the MAF to seat properly. What gives ? Do I have to grind this thing down a bit or whack it with a hammer or did I get one just slightly out of round ?

It took me a couple tries to get the s-flo pipe in there properly .. finally got it and it took me and my brother at the same time to push down the latches on the MAF .. The other day my MAF was disconnected and it was reconnected a hell of a lot easier so the S-flo pipe did sink in a little, but yeah, it can be a ****ty install.

fitment, may get another tube sent to me. I was able to get the MAF latched without too much trouble. The MAF housing should rest a bit more evenly as well as farther in the airbox housing. The problem is one side of the tube is slightly off causing it to be slightly skewed in the airbox housing, centering the filter perfectly made it even worse. Based on my butt dyno, I would say it is most likely sealed, since it's before the MAF, I will log block 003 and look for an improvement over my previous high which was 283.19 g/s with 2 1/4 hole and stock filter.
