s4 -2 vs a Stage 2 Subaru Sti 1 and I tie
race one: s4 in 3rd at 50 mph
even at first and then pulled a car length at the end of 3rd. I then shut down for traffic.
race two: s4 in 3rd gear at 45 same result
race three: s4 in 2nd gear at 45 mph. pulled on him until I missed 3rd gear and went into neutral then he took off.
race four: starting at a 5mph roll, even through 1st and the beginning of 2nd then car pulled out infront of him so he had to shut down.
those things are pretty quick !!

All I can say is not all Stage 3 are created equal. I think I would definately pull on a stage 2 STi
Since I basically drove one for 4 days and I know it was not anywhere near as fast as my stage 3.
