S4 ABS Intermittent warning light
If you have this problem of intermittent ABS warning lights and sensors are OK and Vag-Com tells you it's the "connection to Instrument cluster" you need a new ABS unit.
They are available here (remanufactured) less than half the price of a new one.

BUT...It's only the electronic module that's at fault.......
It's quite easy to change by removing left front wheel, liner, then washer-bottle. Unplug two electrical connectors then undo six torx screws to remove module. No problems with hydraulics/bleeding etc.
Simply reconnect everything back up & Voila!
This is a common problem, but make sure with Vag-Com first that you've not got a duff wheel sensor or other fault. "Bad connection to Instrument Cluster" is the one which means module is duff.
It is possible to open up the module by slicing the top off horizontally with a sharp blade, but be warned there's complex micro-electronics inside and I mean MICRO!! along with the twelve solenoids.
