It's not extreme, but annoying.
It's worse if I have the front half of the seat tipped up slightly with respect to the back half (I like this best for comforable driving). If I put the seat bottom to completely horizontal (with respect to the seat motors), the rocking isn't as pronounced.

Had the same problem on my 4.2
The rocking became fairly sever over time. Reeves, in Tampa, ordered a new seat frame that took about a week to arrive. It has fixed the problem completely.
