Default S4 Tire Pressure Question..

As I am still a rather new owner, I was wondering what tire pressure you guys run. I have stock rims and tires...

Thanks,

Chris

1) Open gas filler door. 2) Read label.

I think 36F and 34R is good for most people.

Default personally i think that those are good, but if one drives on

bad roads and doesn't want to bubble tires or bend rims....one should up it a few psi on each corner.

The 5 passenger recommendation is actually pretty high, that's what I usually run on the street.

Default I ran using the high range because I'm always changing loading, or so I thought...

I ended up wearing the centers of the tires (P6000s) much faster in the center than the outside, so I was too high. I'm running 38 & 36 right now, we'll see how that goes. I do run on rough roads, so I'm working my way down to the 36/34.

Default You're not pushing the car hard enough. Even at 38/40, the edges of my P6000s were worn almost bald

while then centers still had a touch of tread (way into the wear bars though).
