Is it safe to install these MTM 15mm Spacers? 3 of them dont look right...

Default Mine looked like that when I had them on my old car. IIRC I paid 150 or so

MTM's are madddd expensive new. I think they were a good $400 new. That little lip being missing *might* cause some vibration, but I didn't have any issues with mine.

What causes the top lip part to be like that on the 3 of them and not 1 of them?

Default I did, like 2 years ago. I don't remember having any issues

But like I said, it might cause some vibration. The center of the wheel is suppose to sit on that lip, but now the lip is much smaller. Granted that metal is very very thin, so I doubt its really doing a whole lot.

That lip breaks off because its jammed in the wheel and its very thin metal. So when someone takes the spacer out, it usually breaks. Just give them a try. If it doesn't work, you'll know ;-)
