Scorpion Exhaust owners: Do you have this problem? ....

Had a scorpion exhaust installed few weeks ago. When the car is warmed up, the rear section muffler begins to rattle during bumpy roads and on open throttle (beginning at 4k rpm). I took it to the shop who installed it, and they say that's the way scorpion exhaust is designed.
This can't be true. I think the exhaust is hanging too close to the car. Any of you have this same problem?
And what would cause this sound to occur only after the car warms. Are the metals expanding with heat causing some sort of effect?

...sounds to me like they need to do some additional adjusting of the exhaust to eliminate the contact. I'd also have them grind down the "nub" shown in this photo:

First, loosen ever bold holding it on. Start from the motor, tightening everything, moving towards the rear of the car. There are a few "mold pulls" on the rear subframe that can be ground down with a dremel or drill (these are just little nipples used to remove the sub frame from the mold), and make sure the heat shields are pushed all the way to the sides. But after you do the above, and if you have the rear and mid adjusters set to center the exhaust, you will not have any more problems.
Good luck!
