it is quieter than stock because it took all the sandblasting sound away. It has deep and low moaning sound under 3K rpm and over 3K rpm it is absolutely quiet on freeway. I almost feel I don't want it to mellow down after a few weeks and beleave me I was so afraid it would be to loud for my taste.
But more than anything else, I am pleased with smoothness of the engine. I feel a lot more direct push on lower rpm. I'm gald I didn't go for MTM paying almost twice as much. Mhy only regret is, maybe I want it louder.

My scorpion has the deep and low moaning sound OVER 3k rpm mostly. What buggs me about it is the sound of it at about 3-5k rpm. Want to trade?!?

Nice looking exhaust. Looks very well built, but the sound is annoying from the outside. It has a strange rasp to it. Almost like something is going flapflapflapflapflap.
I dunno, you just gotta hear the damn thing yourself.
