Default SDR vented hood, painted silver:

Stock hinges, latch and prop rod work well with minor adjustment. The hood needs to be repainted due to sloppy auto body shop job, and I'll align it better when it is back from the shop, but I think it looks great. I like the angry look. I'll post my impressions of its functionality and some better photos after I clean the car soon.

Looks good. How much room is there between the Y and the hood?

What is it that this vented hood is supposed to do for you in terms of performance?

Default Looks Dodge Magnum-like...

possibly silly question, but what happens when it rains or snows a lot and water evacuates down to the vented areas into your engine?

I ask because around where I'm located we get a lot of snow which makes having a hood like yours potentially problematic.

Looks unique...are you stage 3?

Default It appears the clearance is the same or greater between the Y and increases at TB

The front of the vent is considerably raised above th stock hood height.

Improved cooling, lower weight and reduced lift.

Do you have any pictures of the plugs that were included for the vents?

Default Water shouldn't be a big deal, as no critical electronics are exposed...

but I wouldn't want a lot of snow and freezing rain to fill the vent and have to worry about freezing/expansion cracking the hood, but I don't have to worry about snow here.

I'm 2+ with hybrid k04s on the way.
