Stock hinges, latch and prop rod work well with minor adjustment. The hood needs to be repainted due to sloppy auto body shop job, and I'll align it better when it is back from the shop, but I think it looks great. I like the angry look. I'll post my impressions of its functionality and some better photos after I clean the car soon.

possibly silly question, but what happens when it rains or snows a lot and water evacuates down to the vented areas into your engine?
I ask because around where I'm located we get a lot of snow which makes having a hood like yours potentially problematic.

but I wouldn't want a lot of snow and freezing rain to fill the vent and have to worry about freezing/expansion cracking the hood, but I don't have to worry about snow here.
