Seat mod: call me crazy but . . . (med)
I had 1/2" of foam removed from the bottom of the seat (only towards the back ) and from the lower portion of the seat back.
I then had 1/2" of foam internally added to the lateral (thigh and back) supports on both the seat bottom and back.
Voila- better support and a more glove-like fit.
I have a silver exterior w/silver (grey) leather seats that I love and it would have been very expensive if not impossible to replicate in Recaros or Sparcos, so I thought I'd try this first. I'm happy with the results.
Note- this is not for those who value cosmetic appearance over function as the seat looks slightly older (less turgid) now vs. before where the foam was reduced. Where foam was added no real change in appearance.
Also, my Airbag light is on but I should be able to source that problem and clear it.

Re: yep, works...
I didn't see this but its a little intuitive anyway.
I took out 1/2" and you can see a difference- I don't see how he took out 1" and you couldn't notice.
Anyway, works for me.
