If you're snapping a 3/8" drive extension...you shouldn't be using it in the first place. If you're snapping a 1/2" drive extension, your bolts are on WAY too tight, or you're using cheap tools.

...my torque wrench ratcheting mechanism would break before a decent 3/8" extension would. And I don't think I could achieve enough leverage to break anything that's 1/2".
