Which sensor displays temperature on the dash? STFA with no luck

Default Which sensor displays temperature on the dash? STFA with no luck

Mine is displaying 50s when it is really 30s

what is the part number on the sensor? and where is it located?

Default It's out on the radiator. Black, on a black plastic stick thingy

I think ;-/

Default There are 2. One behind the bumper, one in the fresh air intake under the filter.

Not sure exactly how they work together (averaging, etc...) but if one goes bad that's what happens.

The one behind the bumper is expensive, the fresh air intake is ~$30 IIRC. Search for ambient temp sensor.
