Default Shaving alcantara - how much pressure is needed?

Just got a pill remover and went to town, but it doesn't seem to be doing a whole lot - definitely getting lots of fuzz in the container, but the seats still look pilled (more like string than pills). Do I just need to keep going, or maybe get a brush to get the pills up and off the seat?

The stuff on the door looks worn past what a pill remover/shaver will fix.

Yah I just got it a lot better with the shaver, but someday I might have to get it redone VVVV

Cool, it just looked like it was worn down to the base, like there wasn't any fuzz remaining.

Default It will come off...

Persistence pays off. Mine was much worse and it took several sessions but you can take it down as much as you want.

I used an unshielded razor blade, of course with great care. YMMV

You are correct actually - it looks much better, but not new. Probably have to get redone someday

Default I'd clean the door area with a Magic Eraser first. It will move the pilly parts around and...

make your job of shaving it a lot easier. Have a vac out with you because the Erasers make little ***** all over the place. Once I got mine clean, it seemed it was easier to shave.

As for pressure for the shaving with the de-fuzzer...I pushed down fairly hard. Instead of a rubbing side-to-side motion, it was more like a push down/pull up/move to next spot/push down/etc. Hope this helps...
