Not like the ******* in the video...
Not in traffic, not while tailgating people, and not while obviously going faster than the rate of traffic.
All of you can think that this video is cool if you want, but I know plenty of people who have (deservingly I think) gotten their cars smacked by doing this same BS. The driver is probably aware, but the people around him are not.

True....but the video has been altered to make it look like he was going faster than he actually did
As for tailgating....you have no idea how close he was to the other cars...no more idea than I do. Neither of us know what kind of zoom was used. He could have been car lengths back but the zoom makes him look a hell of a lot closer.
There are many tricks to make videos look the way you want them....obviously he knows some of them.

Ease up guys
The video's framerate is thoroughly sped up, especially through the pass sequences. It's all for effect. If you don't like it, sorry. If you did, thanks. Yes it was Pasadena. The rpm's were shot in a parking lot by pressing on the gas in neutral, all very tame.
