Should I buy Nokian RSIs or Dunlop Winter Sport 3ds? 01 S4- occasional winter driving, or no snows?

I do like them and I have been using them for winters for several years now. They are appropriate for where I live and my winter driving.
Since I'm on Long Island, 99.9% of my winter driving is on dry, wet or plowed roads.
The WR's are an all weather / all season tire have the mountain / snowflake symbol (snow tire). They are available in a V speed rating and the rubber compound is suitable for cold temps.
Quite frankly, the ground clearance of the S4 is the biggest issue in driving through wet or heavy snow, not the WR's.
If I lived in an area with more severe winter weather, then I would go with a more aggressive winter / snow tire.
