Should I be using a cleaner wax before IHG?

Paint is in good shape (clay bared etc last time).
Just need to know if IHG can do its thing wihtout using a cleaner wax first. My thinking is that I need to get the old wax off first in order for IHGs fillers to do their thing.

there's debate on that...
If you should bother to remove wax before you use a product that needs to get below the wax, or just use the product which will remove wax as well.
My view and most others on Audiworld is to wash the car with dish soap which will remove MOST of the wax, then use your product.
