Sigh... S4-0, C6 Vette - 1. Good thing the K-04's are on order...
Acutally, I think Stage 2+ would have gotten him. My MTM software just runs out of ju-ju up towards redline. I really think Piggies, exhaust, and GIAC would have gotten him. 
2nd gear he really didn't pull on me at all, the bottom of 3rd gear he slowly inched, but by the top of 3rd he was pulling away smartly.
sigh.

Don't feel too bad...
I've come across a couple and actually wondered if they were actually fully trying... The first time I let off and waited for him to catch up to me at some extralegal speed. Then I left him again 
If you have an aggressively tuned K04 you should be able to handily spank one: Esp considering you got some porting and clearancing, if I remember correctly
