This is a repost for the group buy over at autobahnx.com. He plans to place the order on wednesday, however everybody get $20 off per wheel if he gets 10 orders hence the reason for my post.

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/983552.phtml</a

IT takes several months to get them due to a month long country shutdown?!
Also it was mentioned that they had in fact ordered a few pair anyways for those that expressed interest, did that happen, umm no. I don't trust these guys. Too much lip service to feel secure enough in a transaction here

I'm giving them a credit card deposit, so if I never receive anything it's no loss to me. I know where you're coming from, I was hoping to have these wheels 2 months ago. I will be using them as track wheels, so I'm not in a huge hurry to get them. And since they are the "holy grail" or wheels, you gotta do what you gotta do to get them. Besides, at $230 a pop for 17" (if they get ten orders) it's a pretty good deal for stylish track wheels.
I did ask them why they wouldn't buy 30 sets of wheels, since they would have the market cornered and would undoubtedly sell them. They said it's too much cash outlay and I can understand that. Like you, my confidence is fading and I will definitely give up if the order doesn't go thru this time.

I know other S4 owners that had the standard grey/titanium finish who tired of them because the grey made the rims appear dirty even when clean. Now this Silver tho... mmm. Looks nice but I'm still undecided how it will look for a street rim. S4inSoFla, what do you think? My current rims weigh 22 lbs and are DTM/Intro Forged...

I think they would look great for street use but only in silver finish. I would get them for that purpose but I love my sportecs too much to get rid of them.
