If you really want a single turbo S4, why not get a C4 with an AAN? I've had a B5 S4 and a C4 S4. Guess which one I still have. Seems like you guys are doing a lot of work just to avoid the 2xK03 timebomb.

None of the guys talking about their single turbo set-ups have run the stock k03 turbos in their cars for quite some time now....

I've already had the k03 and k04 timebomb. I've been down that road already.
It isn't avoiding the timebomb. It is having a better turbo setup with more options and more potential for power.

This is to clarify the prices that were mentioned at the begining of this post.
We have completed a new single turbo setup.
The price that was quoted was correct but not for just a single turbo setup.
25-30K But that quote was for a full motor build (rods, pistons (vast 2.8L bore and pistons),all bushings and bearings, valve seals, supertech spring kit, gaskets , labor, full single turbo setup, powder coating for valve covers and intercooler piping, jet coat on manifolds and downpipe, tilton twin disk clutch, front axles from the driveshaft shop, and eveything that is shown in the picture that i have shown. THAT IS NOT THE PRICE FOR JUST A SINGLE TURBO KIT.

Does that include installation? What size of turbos, GT35r? Does that include fueling and a tune? Do you have some pics of the exhaust manis?

Why the hell are the grills cut out for the IC pipes on that red single turbo S4?
In all honestly, even though that setup might work it looks rushed and messy... Should have spent a little more time making that look more stock.
