Which size sleeve fits on a stock S4 exhaust?

Which size sleeve fits on a stock S4 exhaust?

That would make the medium one (47-57mm) too small and the large one (60mm) too big. Ok just did more searching Summit Racing has both Dynomax and Borla 2.25" SS band clamps
Looks like a great option. Wish I had known, was just down to Summit last Saturday.
