i dunno....i have not logged FATs in awhile.......
probably like 3.2 or so on racegas, 3.6ish on 91? I trapped 118 MPH couple weeks ago with no launch on a slipping clutch

I raced one with full exhaust, and walked him in from about 3 cars out.....
in my supra :P
Im interested to see how an s4 feels wit that amount of power..
It seems like it would feel so much more controlable. Maybe one day my S will be there. Until then...nothing like spinning tires at 60 mph. lol

the s4 stage III must be underated if that viper is making over 500 crank hp...i have my lancer evo 8 under the knife with a forced performance green turbo and supporting mods(injectors pump tune etc) but i cannot see it keeping up with a viper..missing the s4..

dunno man....I run about 3.1-3.2FATs with racegas, and I got walked on by the new Z06......
Perhaps the one you ran was 'broke'? Those things are crazy fast. I ran from 40-100mph, and he pulled at least 2 cars.....wasn't even close.
This is with my timing peaking out at 25deg or so at redline....I know the car is running strong.....on the order of 450whp/wtq. The 500lb difference between the cars just killed the S4.
Perhaps your car is faster than you think?

dunno........some questions........
where are you located, and where did you do these runs? from a 40-100, did he start in 1st (goes to 70) or 2nd (goes to 90).....and did you start in 3rd or 2nd from 40? My timing prob peaked at 25 degrees as well....what boost did you run? Here is me vs that C6 Z06 and a Whipple Cobra that traps 125+ on slicks. Red Whipple Cobra on left, me in middle, C6 Z06 on right, got them both by 1-1.5 carlengths. This run was 50-135 mph....camera car is a 500 HP S/C M3 I think his car was perfectly fine, the Z06.....he did Dyno 460 rwhp stock to the wheels
