Actually the S4 still does great in the snow even with the H&R Ultras on it. If it gets too deep I just tend to use something else.

they don't plow the streets properly and the cars/trucks pack the snow down into dense ice bumps. Some of those ruts can be nasty for lowered cars. Also, a stiffer suspension in the back usually translates to easier oversteer in the slippery weather so just be careful. Otherwise, works fine. Hell, I used to own an Mk4 GTI VR6 that was slammed with Bilstein/H&R and it did fine in a foot of snow with Blizzak front snow tires. I just re-plowed the streets with my car

They give you a choice of a window mounted unit or the licence plate one. I have the licence tag ones on all the cars. (actually mounted to the backside of the winch on the Jeep). I used the window mount one in the tail section of the motorcycles.
I was thinking of moving it into the bumper since it will still work. Just have not taken the time.
