So I made a post a week ago or so complaining that I hadn't received my order after nearly a month. Only after making this public on the forum did Achtuning actually make a concerted effort to fill my order. To their credit the OEM DPs I ordered were packed well and arrived as described.
They offered me $50 (shipping refund) to delete the post. I decided not to accept this because if these posts continue to be deleted, Achtuning will contine their sh!tty/shady business practices and will have little motivation to implement changes. If I sell out and delete my post, 10 more people will place an order with Achtuning, and may well be mislead for many weeks about their order status. I wasn't in urgent need of the product I ordered - but I couldn't even get a decent response about its status. If I had my engine/car in pieces waiting patiently for a part, it would have really sucked. I don't want this to happen to any of you. So moral of the story, I really see no reason to deal with Achtuning in the future unless they make some drastic changes.

the hell is moderating the advertisers ?
There needs to be some kind of balance.
Just my .02
ps. I have nothing against Achtuning specifically.

bought rims from them, waited forever, wrong stuff shipped, then had to wait for new stuff. a year later i bought another set of rims but from hartmann instead since i couldn't even get anyone on the phone at achtuning, got great service shipped within a week with everything that was supposed to be there including a bonus t-shirt :-)
