Default I have doubts that it does, since many have tried without success on the s4.

probably applies to older managements.

Default I had an idea the other day...and i thought i was so smart....

Until shiv told me... "I have been doing that for years."

Anyways....here is the idea.

Since the 02 sensors want to see a difference between s1 and s2, what if we ran a wire with a resistor (i dunno how many ohms) from (just tapped into) the signal wire on sensor 1, to the signal wire on sensor 2. By doing this the 02 sensor wouldnt even need to be on the car, because you are sending the ecu a bull **** signal.

By doing this, the voltage between s1 and s2 would always have a spread, yet, s2 would always be in dirrect relation to the first sensor. I think that if it is done this way, the ECU wouldnt expect anything that anything strange is going on.

Default I see what your saying...

I will let you do the testing first. . wire something up from the first sensors to send a seperate signal. the signal is slightly different with a resistor of some sort going to the second sensors to still stay within the limits of the ecu. Im not about to hack into that wiring; just yet.

Why do you go off subject with the other way? did shiv say it worked or it didnt?
goodnight

Default That whole thing i wrote was about my way. It works btw.

I am selling my car...no hacking up the wiring for me. You could wire it up at your weather packs. Just pull out the two signal wires so you can leave the heaters pluged in. I forgot if those wires are disconnected, that will through a CEL as well.

what kind of resistors, and any diagram you could provide?

Default I have never done it, so the resistance would need to be figured out.

I will try to draw up a diagram later.
